Mr. de la Garza, a founding partner of DLG Luce, focuses his practice primarily in civil litigation including business litigation and personal injury law. Prior to founding DLG Luce, Mr. de la Garza practiced with a well-respected litigation firm in Austin, Texas handling similar matters.

Mr. Salazar received his United States law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, where he was a staff writer in the St. Mary’s Law Journal and vice president of the Hispanic Law Students Association. Mr. Salazar is also a licensed Mexican attorney.
