The article focuses on a meeting at a local San Antonio Country Club, Sonterra, where a meeting of the Asociación de Empreasarios Mexicanos, wealthy businessmen and women who have moved to the United States with capital and the desire to invest it, took place.

Highlighted in the article is a recent trend of wealthy Mexican business men and women moving to and investing in the San Antonio and Texas economy. According to one AEM member, ‘what you are seeing is that we (Mexico) are exporting a great number of educted, professional people.’
