As recently reported in the San Antonio Express News and the New York Post, San Antonio Spurs All-Star Tim Duncan has filed a lawsuit contending that a series of investments he made enriched a financial advisor, but were ‘losing propositions’ for Duncan. In the lawsuit filed in San Antonio, Duncan is seeking more than $1,000,000.00 in damages against Charles Banks of Atlanta.
