As recently reported in the San Antonio Express News, a lawsuit has been filed by a former subcontractor against Koontz McCombs Construction and Broadway San Antonio Condominium Association. In its lawsuit, the subcontractor is claiming that it is owed more than $1.2 million for work on The Broadway, a luxury condominium project. 

The lawsuit was filed in July and claims that Apache Creek LC did not receive $1.2 million of a $3.86 million contract for interior work on the luxury condos. In response, Koontz McCombs is seeking to exercise an arbitration clause in the contract.
