As highlighted in a recent article in the San Antonio Express News, a Bexar County jury awarded more than 56 million dollars in damages to a man who was paralyzed by an accident involving a machine manufactured by Caterpiller, Inc. 

The Bexar County jury determined that both Caterpiller, Inc. and San Antonio Holt Cat were liable for the damages sustained by the individual.

The attorney for the plaintiff, San Antonio lawyer Frank Herrera, was quoted as saying that the plaintiff was pleased with the decision.
