According to the Austin American Statesman’s business blog, the City of Austin recently posted a proposed incentives proposal to lure a Calfornia based legal services business to establish a regional business headquarters in Austin. 

Legal Zoom has recently annouced its interest in creating a regional headquarters for its online legal services company in Austin, Texas. 

The City of Austin has proposed to pay Legal Zoom $20,000.00 a year for ten years. The money would be tied to the business meeting targets for job creation in Austin.

The Texas Enterpise fund would potentially contribute an additional $1 million if the Austin City Council approves the plan.
