As recently published in the Boston Herald, lawyers for Lance Armstrong have indicated that the United States Anti-Doping Agency has granted Lance Armstrong a 30 day extension to answer doping charges. This latest development erases what was a deadline to either send the case to arbitration or accept sanctions from the USADA. 

Earlier this week an Austin Federal District Court Judge, Sam Sparks, denied Armstrong’s petition for a temporary restraining order in the matter. Attorney’s for Armstrong have indicated that they have withdrawn the request for a temporary restraining order in the Austin Court, according to the Herald article.
