As recently reported in the Austin American Statesman, Valerie Hunter, the widow of an IRS employee who was killed when Joesph Stack flew his plane into an Austin IRS building has filed a lawsuit against Joesph Stack’s widow in Travis County Civil Court.

The seven page lawsuit filed yesterday alleged that Sheryl Mann Stack, the widow of Joesph Stack, had a duty to ‘avoid a forseeable risk of injury to others.’

The Austin attorney for Valerie Hunter was quotes as saying, ‘we wanted to get a lawsuit filed early, not because we wanted to hurt anyone or anything like that.’
