As recently reported in the San Antonio Express News, in a beauty queen drama that has garnered national attention Dominique Ramirez was reinstated as Miss San Antonio 2011 in the Bexar County District Court of Barbara Nellermore.

Ramirez had sued the pageant organization in February after she was ousted unexpectedly from the position, and the runner-up was given the title. The pageant officials had counter-sued accusing her of a breach of contract.
