As reported in today’s online edition of the Austin American-Statesman, District Court Judge Scott Ozman died from complications of cancer at he age of 50.

Judge Ozman was Judge of the 353rd District Court in Travis County and was well respected in the legal community. Prior to serving as Judge, Judge Ozman served as chair of the Travis County Democratic Party.
