Argentine attorney and friend of the firm, Juan Leandro Armagnague, has prepared a very interesting dissertation regarding investing and renegotiating investment contracts in developing countries. Specifically, his article focuses on the Argentine case.

Mr. Armagnague is an Argentine attorney who received a degree in law in Argentina before completing his LL.M. (or masters in law) at the Universiteit van Amsterdam School of Law in The Netherlands. Mr. Armagnague obtained his LL.M in International Trade and Investment Law.
