As recently reported in the San Antonio Express News, Tony Parker, the San Antonio Spurs’ All Star Guard who is coming off of a breakthrough season filed a lawsuit in the State of New York for injuries he suffered in a night club this summer after being eliminated from the playoffs. Tony Parker filed a suit against the recently closed nightclub alleging the club failed to provide adequate security and failed to provide adequate supervision resulting in an injury to his retina.
