As recently reported in the Austin American Stateman, an Austin Travis County District Court Judge granted a protective order allowing the University of Texas to keep confidential student records that may be garnered in the discovery process of a pending discrimination case. 

In the case, the former University of Texas women’s track coach has sued the University for $1,000,000.00, accusing the University of wrongly terminating her after a decade old affair was discovered in 2012.
