Before proceeding with a lawsuit, the DLG Luce Salazar business attorneys seek to first review all the facts and circumstances surrounding the case, and in doing so analyze and apply relevant law. After doing so, if we believe that litigation is in the best interest of the client, we craft a pertinent and well-reasoned strategy for litigation. In any business or commercial dispute, we feel that these are important steps that must be taken to ensure that we are able to act in the best interest of our clients. After all, we view our objective as one to resolve disputes.
