Mr. Mazal is a Mexican licensed attorney who received his law degree from the Universidad Cumbres Monterrey, he has also completed courses on U.S. Legal English and U.S. Legal System by the International Law Institute, in cooperation with the Facultad Libre de Derecho in Monterrey, Mexico.
Mr. Mazal was a court appointed certified expert translator in English/Spanish translations for 8 years, certified by the Superior Court of Justice of the State of Nuevo León, Mexico.
Prior to joining DLG Luce Salazar, Mr. Mazal worked for Quintero y Quintero Abogados, S.C., one of the most prestigious law firms in Monterrey, Mexico, where he gained extensive experience representing his clients’ interests abroad, mainly in the United States but also in parts of Asia and Europe. Mr. Mazal has successfully negotiated contracts and contract disputes between Mexican and U.S. companies and individuals, participated in cross border real estate acquisitions and transactions as well as in trial proceedings. More recently, he has begun to take part in immigration proceedings and visa procurements in support of the attorneys at dlg luce salazar.
Mr. Mazal´s primary focus of practice is cross-border contract negotiations, corporate services and immigration law. Mr. Mazal works out of The Woodlands and Houston area.
